How to order and pay?
When ordering in our shop, you can choose between making a payment for the selected products using Stripe, PayPal or by Direct Bank Transfer.
If you select Stripe or PayPal, the payment is immediate.
If you select Direct Bank Transfer, we will email you the details of our bank account in response to your order and you then need to use your internet banking (or visit your bank personally) to make the payment. Please make sure you include the order number in the Direct Bank Transfer reference area so that we can identify your order.

When and how will the products be shipped?
All our books, posters and calendars are shipped by airmail within 7 days of receiving payment of your order.
When will I receive the package?
Delivery to Europe usually takes 1 – 2 weeks.
Delivery to USA, Canada and South Africa usually takes 5 – 6 weeks.
Delivery to India, Pakistan, Singapore usually takes 5 – 6 weeks.
Delivery to rest of the world usually takes 5 – 6 weeks.
Delivery to Australia and New Zealand takes approx. 8-9 weeks.
How much is the shipping cost?
The cost of delivery to a European address is from €19 per item, with book sets having a better rate per item.
The cost of delivery to USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia is from €25 per item, with book sets having a better rate per item.
The cost of delivery to India, Pakistan, Singapore is from €25 per item, with book sets having a better rate per item.
The cost of delivery to the rest of the world is from €25 per item, with book sets having a better rate per item.
How much is the price in my currency?
The exact price in your currency will be automatically calculated by Stripe, Paypal or by your bank (depending on which payment option you select).
